Return Policy
- The customer can withdraw from their contract declaration within 14 days by either notifying Anema GmbH in writing via email or by returning the product. The period begins upon receipt of the goods and is maintained by timely sending the email or returning the product.
- The customer bears the costs for the return shipment to Anema GmbH, Dennliweg 76a, 4900 Langenthal, Switzerland.
- Only unused products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. Anema GmbH expressly reserves the right to demand compensation for any loss in value. The customer can avoid the obligation to compensate for any loss in value by not using the product and refraining from anything that could impair its value.
- Once Anema GmbH confirms receipt of the return shipment, the customer has the option to receive a refund, order another product of the same value, or receive a voucher from Anema GmbH.
- Products from promotions are not accepted for return.
Complaints, Defects, Transport Damage
The customer must inspect the product for damage and any defects immediately upon receipt and notify Anema GmbH in writing via email with a photo. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer. Anema GmbH assumes no liability for damages caused by improper use.
